Gyoza is originally from Chinese fried dumplings, but it is so popular in Japanese cooking today. At our workshop, we will show you how to make the classic gyoza, stuffed with juicy pork and cabbage with a crisp and chewy wrapper.

We also make another version of vegetarian gyoza on the workshop day, stay tuned ;-)
